Over the past year or two, I have gone on long winded monologues to answer questions of my thesis, covering the concept of an animated multiverse.
This is one of those monologues, directed at an anonymous colleague.

I KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IN SHOW MULTIVERSES AND THE GRANDER MULTIVERSE!
Colleague:
Oh #%*&.
Whinot:
Every animated universe resides within a single location in the multiverse. The multiverse itself resides within a 5th dimensional plane. Meaning one layer down, exists the main organization of the individual universes within it. But all universes within a single shows multiverse, reside in the exact same location in the MAIN multiverse, but on different points of the 4th dimension.
Think of it like infinite multiverses layered on top of one another, flat like a photoshop document. All the exact same universes, in the exact same layout, but different fundamentally.
Colleague:
Oh my God…
Whinot:
And the reason shows can switch through their own multiverse disconnected from the MAIN multiverse, is the fact that THEIR individual multiverse takes up the exact same amount of space as their own, in the same location.
It’s like shifting yourself through time, but not space, seeing things change around you dependent on the location of time. They aren’t traveling through the multiverse, only from THEIR perspective! From an outside advantage overseeing the full animated multiverse, they’re only dimensionally shifting.
Colleague:
This… Makes sense.

I KNOW!!!

It very much is!
Whinot:
Thats another giant issue I can scratch off my list
