I'm your host, the ALWAYS ecstatic, Whinot Toonish and ill be your guide through the next 10 weeks of musical exploration. We got a special treat for you guys cuz today, we’re starting off with a journey through the world of Rock! We’ll check out the classics, coast through the modern age, and you just might find yourself a brand new favorite. Forget everything your mama told you cuz we're about to dive head first into the Rock Pile! Starting off with a little Boston, Thin Lizzy, and Molly Hatchet! But first off, were gonna head back to 1974 with Ballroom Blitz.

Ya know every time I hear those songs, I remember some of my favorite memories, of long truck rides with my father as a child. And that's really the beauty of a great song. Doesn't matter how long its been, you can relive those memories again and again. Were sliding’ into our first break, but stick around because when we get back we got a mixed bag of Rock, startin in the 80s before jumping ahead to the new Millennium. Stay Tuned

And we're back! We're gonna move right along, with two of the most well remembered bands in rock history; Aerosmith and Motley Crue. Then we're gonna take a hop, skip and a 10 year jump to Fall Out boy, The Offspring, and Set It Off. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Here's a real headbanger for you guys; RagDoll, from Aerosmith's Permanent Vacation album…

If there's any modern rock band I can suggest to you guys again and again, it's ‘set it off’. Perfect songs, every one of them, and so much passion behind those vocals. Were headed into our next break, but when we come back, I'm gonna introduce you all to some of my absolute favorite songs in modern Rock, and you may even find a new one you love. Stay Tuned

And we’re back! What do you want your legacy to be when your work here is done? You can ask yourself now, cuz first up we've got ‘In The End’ by Black Veil Brides.

That was ‘Hall of Fame’ by ‘The Script’. This song was brought back to me during a difficult time in my life where I felt truly hopeless in my goals. I hope it encourages you to never give up on yourself. You never know what may happen. We’ll finish things off with Partners in Crime by Set it Off, Phantom by NateWantsToBattle, and Dead Man Walkin’ by City wolf. Ones a friendship to die for, ones a partnership to die ‘from’, and the last is a relatable tale of adversity and panic. Check it out.
